Your lights will be properly packed and shipped with reliable freight companies. Let us know what service you require, land freight or air freight. Original invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are included free of charge. Any other documents like SASO, legalization and translation will be charged for.
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders sent to tableLights.com will be dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order is processed the order, the package is handed over to our delivery partner and scheduled for delivery.
Shipping time: All orders are delivered via our delivery partner Aramex. Once collected delivery within the UAE is 2-3 working days. We will provide a tracking number for all deliveries so you can track your order once it is collected.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery within the UAE is free of charge.
Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the UAE will be calculated per order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
tableLights.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes for order outside of the UAE. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Naturally, you do not have to use our service and are more than welcome to organize your own freight, if that is more convenient or cheaper.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods
Although we take every care to ensure your order is correct, in the event your items are faulty or damaged, please call us on +971 4 323 3636, or send an email to hello@tableLights.com with images of the items. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the goods, if not the order is considered correctly delivered. We will organize collection of the faulty/damaged goods at our cost and make sure you get your replacements as soon as possible.
All our products enjoy a minimum 1-year warranty, some even 2-years, subject to normal usage. Normal usage means that we do not cover damages caused by, for example, items placed in water that are not waterproof, items that dropped on the floor, were not used as per their intended purpose, or of which the batteries have not been used/charged for at least 6 months. In case of any damages/defect, we will assess the items, test them and inform you whether the damage/defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
