Returning or exchanging a product
It’s okay to change your mind!
We want you to be happy with every purchase so in the event you change your mind, please return your items within 30 days of purchase.
- The items must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to receive a full refund.
- Shipment of the items back to us must be organized by you at your cost, including any possible taxes, duties or fees imposed by the authorities.
- Make sure the items are properly packed because we are not responsible for any damages or loss when the items are sent back to us.
- Your refund will be completed within 14 days of us having received/inspected the goods.
- We’re not liable and don’t take responsibility for any bank or credit card charges that you may incur during the refund process.
Items that were customized or made to order cannot be returned.
