Please note: Due to Covid-19, delivery options to Abu Dhabi have been severely affected. Delivery times outside of Dubai will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7 working days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items are ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch.
We typically ship to all GCC countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Shipping to other countries upon request. Note that we are based in the United Arab Emirates; any shipment to abroad might incur import taxes or other local duties which we cannot control. So whereas for the UAE we can offer all-inclusive prices, for Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia the courier company will ask you to pay local charges (and/or import duties, if any) upon delivery.
It’s okay to change your mind!
We want you to be happy with every purchase so in the event you change your mind, please return your items within 30 days of purchase.
- The items must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to receive a full refund.
- Shipment of the items back to us must be organized by you at your cost, including any possible taxes, duties or fees imposed by the authorities.
- Make sure the items are properly packed because we are not responsible for any damages or loss when the items are sent back to us.
- Your refund will be completed within 14 days of us having received/inspected the goods.
- We’re not liable and don’t take responsibility for any bank or credit card charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Products & orders
Yes, all our products come with a standard warranty. Please refer to the individual product details which states the length of warranty for each product. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. We will repair it, replace it or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Important: Beware of brands of table lights claiming to offer a 5-years warranty! This is misleading - their fine print will tell you that this so-called warranty excludes batteries and electronics inside the lamp. Any warranty that excludes those vital parts is useless.
The tableLights warranty term varies per brand and always includes the battery and electronics.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
- Your order was never actually placed and processed.
- You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.
