Shipping & returns

UAE shipping:

We offer FREE shipping within the UAE for all non-discounted items on orders of AED 200 or more.

For orders below AED 200, incur a AED 20 delivery fee.

Delivery timelines:

  • Dubai: Within 48 hours

  • Other emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): Within 3 - 4 working days

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your items are ready to ship, a second email will be sent with dispatch details.


Some of our lamps are stored in our European warehouse and will take 2-5 weeks to deliver.

www.tableLights.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

International shipping:
For international shipping, please contact us, so we can calculate the shipping costs.
Please note: International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your local government and are separate from our shipping fees.


Collection from our showroom:
If you would like to try before you buy you are more than welcome to visit our showroom in Al Quoz. Please select "collection at showroom" from the delivery options at checkout to pick up your confirmed order.

All prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT.

Returns & exchanges

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been confirmed.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange or credit note, the item being returned must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that sale clearance, and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returning sale items:
Unfortunately, items on sale (discounted) or customized/made to order cannot be returned.

Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product we will exchange your item/s for you. Email us within 48 hours at hello@tableLights.com  with your order number to confirm you have received an incorrect or defective item.

Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
