BACK ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply specifically to back orders, defined as special orders placed to fulfill a customer’s specific request. By placing a back order with Desert River General Trading LLC (herein called ‘The Seller’), the customer (herein called ‘The Buyer’) agrees to the following:

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The delivery timeframe provided by the Seller is an estimate and, under normal circumstances, is met. However, due to external factors beyond the Seller’s control, delays may occur. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that the order cannot be canceled while the items are in transit, as they were specially ordered to meet the Buyer’s requirements.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Back orders are placed specifically to fulfill the Buyer’s individual request. As such, the Buyer acknowledges that these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
